HOW DO I SET UP MY WHOLE FAMILY?

As a best practice, we recommend that you create or find the account for an adult family member first. After that, you can create or find each family member and then associate them to your account. This will allow you to make purchases for everyone in the same transaction, when ever you want.

 

DO I NEED TO REGISTER IF I HAVE BOUGHT A TICKET OR PASS ONLINE BEFORE?

Yes. Winter pass purchases prior to September 2018 were made on our old estore. You will need to register on the new estore the first time you use it. If you already have personalized RFID card with your name, go here for instructions. Otherwise, please review the next question.

 

WHAT IF MY NAME IS NOT PRINTED ON MY RFID CARD?

RFID cards have either a GSM/GSW or WTP number on them, depending on when the card was printed. Based on the number on your card, please follow these directions:

GSM/GSW: Your card was issued from our new system. Register on our new estore by entering the 10-digit GSM/GSW number as the Pass Code to access an account that has been prepared for you. Please update the profile with your information and select a username & password to register your account. After that, your RFID card is ready to use 'as is' for years to come. Visit the Welcome Center if you want to update your RFID card to include your name.

WTP (2017/18): Your card was produced from our old system. Please register as a new guest by entering your information and selecting a username & password to register your account. Your RFID is from 2017/18 and Please bring your RFID card to the Welcome Center and we will update it for you to use in the years to come. Otherwise, your RFID card cannot be used to with the new Gunstock estore.

 

WHAT IS AN ASSOCIATE?

If you are registered to use the estore, you may create or Registered account holders can identify the family members and friends that you will make purchases for. Then it's easy to add them to your order.
